For Osteopathy, Sports Injury Care and Acupuncture appointments:

The longer appointment time helps treatment to be more effective, as it provides more time for you to respond which usually means less visits overall.

For us it means we can be especially thorough and deliver the quality of service that the practice has become known for.

Current Fees:

• 10 Minute Phone consultation Free

• Initial consultations and treatment (approx. 60 - 80 minutes) @ £60.00

• Follow up appointments before 5:00 pm (approx. 60 minutes) @ £47.00

• Follow up appointments after 5:00 pm (approx. 60 minutes) @ £50.00

• Saturday Follow up appointments (approx. 60 minutes @ £55.00

Fee Increase from March 31st 2025:

• Follow up appointments before 5:00 pm (approx. 60 minutes) @ £50.00

• Follow up appointments after 5:00 pm (approx. 60 minutes) @ £55.00

• Saturday Follow up appointments (approx. 60 minutes @ £60.00

Please note:

• Home visits are currently not possible

Referrals & Reports:

• Referral requests for MRI and X-Ray via your GP or privately can be arranged

• Reports for insurance can be prepared - please enquire

Insurance providers:

The Practice no longer works with Insurance Providers. We will provide receipts for your Appointments if requested so that you can claim back your fee.

Cancellation Policy

• 1st Non attendance or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice 50% of your fee will have to be paid

• 2nd Non attendance or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will have to be paid for in full

Unfortunatly, should the occasion arrise, we now have to be firm regarding our Cancellation Policy.

The good news is that your cancellation fee will be donated to the charity that we are supporting this year. Last year was Macmillan Cancer Support.
